Yes. I write as well, but for some reason I find it hard to be innovative like this. I do like innovation, because in this age of electronics and online info availability, books are falling away. Innovations like this may save books in our world.

Yes. This is an important feature of the story.

Yes. Seems to be the ‘in’ way to write as I have read several new novels that are written this way. Did not change my impression of the characters as in real life we can have a different perspective of the same thing.

I loved it. It helped draw out the complexities of each character. At first when Trudy is talking about men I had the thought that she had had a lot of bad experiences with men. I thought Jules was horrible. But then as the story unfolds you realize that each person had their own struggles and you get why they are the way the are. I also loved seeing more into tammys mind and understanding her hardships. Just such a beautiful book.

While I appreciated the different perspectives, each chapter was too short to learn what I wanted to learn about the point-of-view character.

Initially I was surprised to find each section was at maximum about 3 or 4 pages. But I grew to like it and started to pay more attention to the various titles and to find the references within each story.

I like this approach but as an audio book it was less clear in terms of the changes, the chapters, etc. But I always like having different narrators.
